A company is looking for an Account Coordinator, Repo Team. Key Responsibilities Maintain excellent customer service and provide support to internal and external customers Review and report incoming recoveries, manage fee approvals, and ensure recovery vendors have necessary information Act as a liaison between clients and recovery agents while monitoring accounts in internal systems Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred Previous customer service, recovery, collections, or remarketing experience is preferred Familiarity with multiple computer systems and applications, including Google applications Ability to maintain high accuracy and productivity in daily activities Commitment to company policies, values, and business ethics
