Account Management Operations Analyst
A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to support the Account Management team by implementing and managing operational processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Design and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Account Management and optimize automated workflows within the CRM
Analyze data to develop performance dashboards and provide insights for strategic decision-making
Support onboarding and training processes for new team members, ensuring successful integration into systems and workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success
3 to 5 years of experience in an operational or project management role, preferably in SaaS or Marketing
Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems, including automation platforms
Strong data analysis skills with experience using tools to track KPIs
Advanced experience with Excel or Google Sheets
