VP Sales, Contact Center Solutions
A company is looking for a VP Sales, CX and Contact Center Intelligence (CxCI).
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Contact Center and CCaaS-UCaaS space
Identify and target key accounts, develop account plans, and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Manage a robust sales pipeline, lead large deal pursuits, and build relationships with customers and partners
Required Qualifications
20+ years of career experience, including 10+ years in selling professional engineering services and IP-led solutions
Experience in the Contact Center / CCaaS market segment
Proven track record in large deal creation and closure
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Experience in managing a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
