Account Manager, Marketing Services
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Client Marketing Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage hotel and resort client marketing campaigns to achieve strategic goals and maximize online visibility
Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers
Provide training and consultative services to clients, ensuring proficiency in using services and achieving sales objectives through upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business from an accredited college or equivalent experience
2-5 years of hotel experience with sales, operations, and marketing experience
Knowledge of Digital Marketing and strong Internet research skills
Analytical and reporting skills, specifically with Google or Adobe Analytics
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well in a team environment
