Key Responsibilities
Manage the Business Partnering relationship with senior leaders in Sales Engineering and Customer Experience
Lead projects aimed at driving business and operational improvements
Provide analysis and reporting on business performance to key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in operations or a related role, including 2+ years in management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM systems and advanced data analysis tools
Experience in Sales/Solutions Engineering, Alliance & Channel, or Customer Experience/Professional Services
Strong leadership skills and experience in a matrixed environment
