Account Specialist I
A company is looking for an Account Specialist I to support corporate customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound/outbound call center and email support for corporate customers
Document customer support needs and produce relevant reports and analytics
Assist with training and development activities to respond to customer inquiries and issues
Required Qualifications
Four-year bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or equivalent work experience
One to two years of related experience; Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) preferred
Familiarity with ABC products, services, and pharmaceutical distribution operations
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Working knowledge of computers necessary for effective operation with company systems
