A company is looking for an Accounting Services Specialist in Finance and Accounting. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the monthly close process and prepare journal entries Create and distribute monthly client billing while managing accounts receivable collections Process accounts payable invoices and support annual external audit requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 3+ years of related experience; experience with NetSuite is a plus Working knowledge of accounting principles following US GAAP Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation Ability to apply critical thinking and manage multiple projects simultaneously
