Key Responsibilities: Manage vendor relationships and oversee project management for various applications Ensure the security, compliance, and smooth operation of 3rd party SaaS and On-Premise applications Lead initiatives to improve application functionality and usage, including support and escalation management Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Application Management, IT, or a related field Proven experience with 3rd party application management and vendor management Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices Basic proficiency in PrestoSQL
