AR Follow Up Representative

A company is looking for an AR Follow Up Representative - Remote. Key Responsibilities Research and resolve uncollected account balances by contacting third-party payors and patients Document account activities and maintain productivity and quality standards Assist team members and participate in special projects as needed Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business administration or accounting preferred 1-4 years of medical claims and/or hospital collections experience Basic computer skills and ability to navigate patient accounting applications Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute Intermediate understanding of revenue cycle processes and insurance collections
