Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the development and standardization of medical staff performance evaluation programs Oversee Medical Staff peer review processes and ensure data integrity and reporting Support the effectiveness of the Performance Improvement Program and assist with limited Director duties in their absence Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred Current RN license in the state of Arizona required Minimum 1 year of performance improvement experience required Five years of clinical experience in an acute hospital setting required Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements, with CMS knowledge required and TJC preferred
