Key Responsibilities Directs and manages reinsurance accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting and general ledger transactions Provides technical guidance to senior leaders and participates in reinsurance strategy preparation and monitoring Leads team training and development while fostering a high-performance work environment Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or a closely related field Understanding of GAAP, Reinsurance, and Statutory Accounting CPA designation is desirable At least five years of reinsurance accounting experience, preferably with property catastrophe reinsurance In-depth knowledge of NetSuite general ledger software is a plus
