Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and management for the Books and Cooks program, ensuring timely completion of contract deliverables Supervise the project team, including conducting evaluations and regular meetings to optimize program quality Collaborate on program development and assessment, providing training and support for educational initiatives Required Qualifications Master's degree in a relevant field and two years of experience, or a bachelor's degree and four years of experience Four to six years of progressively responsible leadership experience Experience with grant-funded programs and/or government agencies Understanding of the Land-Grant mission and Cooperative Extension PhD in human development, family sciences, education, or related field preferred
