A company is looking for a Client Success Manager - Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of client specialists to deliver excellent customer service and drive client satisfaction
Analyze data to prepare action plans for performance improvement and manage resources effectively
Train and develop team members while fostering a culture of motivation and empowerment
Required Qualifications
Proven work experience as a customer service manager or in a related field
Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field preferred
Experience working with BPOs is strongly preferred
Knowledge of customer service software, systems, and tools
