People Analytics Partner
A company is looking for a People Analytics Partner to deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for organizational effectiveness and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex people analytics projects and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to provide insights on organizational health
Develop and present reports and dashboards using advanced analytics tools to support HR strategies
Create data storytelling briefings and foster self-service analytics culture while developing enterprise-wide employee listening strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as economics, I/O Psychology, statistics, MIS, or human resources
3-5 years of experience in people analytics, human resources, or management consulting, or a Master's degree
Knowledge of People/HR topics such as talent acquisition and workforce planning
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SPSS, R, Python, or Tableau
