A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound and place outbound phone calls while communicating with customers via email Monitor and manage tickets in ServiceNow and provide troubleshooting for various IT equipment Document network problems and resolutions for future reference by service desk staff Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish 3-5 years of experience in a Microsoft environment with Microsoft Active Directory/Azure AD Detailed knowledge of TCP/IP and the OSI reference model Experience with network equipment and IT hardware troubleshooting Availability to work Pacific Time Hours (approximately 8-5pm PST)
