Key Responsibilities Receive and handle incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices regarding medication and benefits Investigate and resolve member inquiries or escalate to the appropriate team member as necessary Adhere to standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED is required 1 year of customer service experience Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship Strong PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously Fluency in Spanish is preferred
