A company is looking for an Advanced Technical Support Agent - Remote/Bilingual. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues via email and phone Diagnose problems and offer resolutions for technical and service inquiries Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and escalate complex issues as needed Required Qualifications 6+ months of experience in troubleshooting technology Bilingual in English and Spanish Working knowledge of operating systems such as Windows 7 & 10 Familiarity with MS Office suite & Skype for Business Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
