A company is looking for a Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster. Key Responsibilities Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels Negotiate fair and timely injury settlements with all parties involved Required Qualifications Prior represented casualty claim handling experience preferred 2-5 years of complex/severe bodily injury claim handling experience preferred Proficient knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment Licensing requirements may include obtaining an adjuster and/or appraiser license within 60 days of hire
