Key Responsibilities Design and implement the internal communications strategy to enhance cultural connection and alignment Curate employee experiences and cultural moments to foster connection and inclusion Develop and manage the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Marketing Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in internal communications, employer brand, or employee experience People-first mindset with emotional intelligence to support teams through change Proven track record in managing company-wide communications and executive messaging Experience in employer branding or talent marketing initiatives Prior experience in shaping workplace or hub strategy is a plus
