Building Performance Analyst
A company is looking for a Building Performance Analyst II. Key Responsibilities Perform building performance analysis and create graphical representations of results for project teams Manage documentation for LEED energy credits and energy code compliance reports Research performance modeling methodologies to enhance high-performance design solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum of 4 years of related experience LEED, CPHC\D, BEMP certification or similar is strongly desired Experience with EnergyPlus/OpenStudio required; familiarity with other energy modeling software is a plus Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and energy-related codes
