A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Medicaid Claims. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the business analyst team's duties and provide guidance to newer team members Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support clients' technology goals Required Qualifications 3 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position, with 2 or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred 2 or more years of Claims experience required; Managed Care/Encounters Claims preferred Knowledge of computer programming concepts such as configuration and development Advanced knowledge in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL Experience with requirement-mapping tools such as Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
