Key Responsibilities
Partner with HR and Legal teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Manage HR compliance initiatives and training programs, ensuring they are accessible and actionable for HR partners
Oversee compliance audits and updates, implementing recommendations and action items across the organization
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in US employment or labor law at a large, multi-state organization
Solid knowledge of local, state, and federal labor and employment laws
Experience in developing and reviewing policies and supporting documentation
Ability to create scalable processes and tools for large organizations
Experience managing vendor relationships related to compliance tools and training
