California HR Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and performance management
Develop, implement, and maintain HR strategies, programs, and policies in partnership with the VP of People
Oversee annual performance management cycles and manage employee records for compliance and data integrity
Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a healthcare environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
SHRM or HRCI certification is required
Experience in designing and implementing scalable HR operations programs
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements
Proven project management and organizational skills
