California Leave Specialist
A company is looking for a Leave Specialist to administer Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) policies and perform clerical duties. Key Responsibilities Assist associates with Leave of Absence (LOA) requests and guide them through the process Process LOA paperwork and review FMLA documentation for accuracy and completeness Administer the FMLA policy and maintain compliance with federal/state regulations Required Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-5 years of FMLA claim administration or related field experience Current experience in the integrated disability and absence management industry Solid understanding of FMLA and employment laws Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by educational services
