California Licensed Behavioral Advocate
A company is looking for a Behavioral Care Advocate in California.
Key Responsibilities
Field inbound calls from members and providers for assessment and triage
Assess patients for appropriate levels of care and manage crisis calls
Manage inpatient mental health cases and consult with facility staff on treatment plans
Required Qualifications
Independent, Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling, OR a Licensed Ph.D., OR an RN with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
Active and unrestricted license in the State of California
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to talk and type simultaneously and navigate multiple screens
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
