Licensed EAP Management Consultant
A company is looking for an EAP Management Consultant. Key Responsibilities Provide consultative services and training for client companies, including critical incident stress management Conduct client intake, assess risk factors, and assist callers in crisis situations Collaborate with local EAP counselors to devise treatment plans and provide individual counseling sessions Required Qualifications Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field License in Social Work preferred; eligible for licensure required Three to seven years of experience in EAP and/or case management One to three years of experience with workplace consulting and/or training preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
