California Licensed QA Nurse, RN
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance/Continuous Improvement Nurse, RN (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure quality processes and activities are performed by the Grievance & Appeals clinical staff
Develop and implement quality initiatives and clinical QA plans, including monitoring and auditing
Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities and lead related projects within the department
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Two or more years of experience as an RN in case management or clinical nursing
Two or more years of experience relevant to Grievance & Appeals case review
Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited institution required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing
Thorough knowledge of regulatory guidelines surrounding Grievances and Appeals
