A company is looking for an Associate Director of Women's Health specializing in telehealth. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of 15-25 physician providers, overseeing performance metrics and providing support Conduct monthly quality assurance reviews and manage adverse event reporting processes Provide virtual consultations for gynecological conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans Required Qualifications Board-certified OB/GYN physician (MD/DO) with a valid medical license in practicing state(s) Previous leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred Experience in clinical education, quality assurance, and provider performance management is strongly preferred Strong working knowledge of telemedicine platforms and electronic health records (EHR) Commitment to evidence-based care and continuous professional development
