A company is looking for a Vice President of Human Resources. Key Responsibilities Oversee human resources management and strategy in a remote environment Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to human resources Manage staff development, recruitment, and retention initiatives Required Qualifications Master's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field with five years of management experience; or a Bachelor's degree with ten years of related experience Experience in a management position in higher education or public agency human resources Juris Doctor in a related field of law is preferred Experience in a California Community College or CSU/UC system is desirable Ability to attend in-person meetings in Sacramento and other locations as required
