Call Center Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities
Prioritize and assign calls to technicians based on various factors
Maintain communication with customers regarding service level agreements (SLAs)
Verify and manage the on-call crew for nightly operations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months of dispatch experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Outlook
Certification from an accredited vocational-technical or trade school is a plus
Flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, or overtime as required
