A company is looking for an Office Clerk for a short-term assignment involving data entry and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor email inbox for SIRS submissions and combine them with online form submissions
Verify data accuracy between SIRS and condominium registration records, escalating issues as needed
Update Department staff on discrepancies between Department and County lists of condominiums
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 years of professional administrative office experience
2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent data entry skills
Familiarity with Versa Regulations is highly desired
