Call Center Operations Representative
A company is looking for a Call Center Support / Operations Representative 1.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat, utilizing established procedures and software applications
Provide timely resolution of customer issues, ensuring satisfaction across various user levels
Track and document customer issues using a computerized system
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of call center experience
Experience in a help desk or call center environment (minimum 1 year)
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SalesForce is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish or French) is strongly encouraged to apply
