Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 15-25 customer service agents handling inbound calls Coach and develop team members on customer service processes and best practices Manage metrics and performance criteria to enhance call center productivity Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of call center experience or 1 year of management experience Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong supervisory experience including staff development Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Proven ability to drive sales through team actions
