A company is looking for a Director of People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruiting and talent acquisition efforts for IT professionals with necessary clearances
Develop recruiting strategies, improve applicant tracking systems, and implement compensation and benefits programs
Oversee payroll functions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations for a multi-jurisdictional workforce
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of people and culture management experience in a large, operationally diverse organization
At least 5 years of experience in government contracting organizations
A bachelor's degree in business management or human resources; a Master's or MBA is preferred
Knowledge of applicable wage, hour, and labor laws
Experience with Human Capital Management systems
