Case Entry Specialist
A company is looking for a Case Entry Specialist to work remotely. Key Responsibilities Transcribe information from clients' EMRs into the required electronic format and check for accuracy Monitor shared inboxes and internal request dashboards, and document incoming communications Export and upload documents within the proprietary system and support other teams as needed Required Qualifications and Education High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Prior knowledge of accessing hospital EMRs preferred Experience working with Salesforce is a plus Proficient in relevant computer applications and accurate keyboard skills Ability to maneuver between multiple screens
