Center Head - Colombia

A company is looking for a Center Head to establish and lead its newly formed Digital & Technology Center in Bogota, Colombia. Key Responsibilities: Establish the physical office space and core business functions, including HR, finance, and IT Develop and execute the center's strategic roadmap and talent strategy for growth Manage financial oversight, budgeting, and compliance with local regulations Qualifications & Experience: 12+ years of experience in senior leadership roles with expertise in scaling business operations Prior experience with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or Shared Services Centers is desirable Strong business acumen with strategic thinking and operational execution experience Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a multinational environment Fluency in English and Spanish is required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
