Tri-lingual Talent Acquisition Partner
A company is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Partner (Tri-lingual: English, Spanish, Portuguese).
Key Responsibilities
Manage full life cycle recruitment for 15-30 exempt level roles across multiple functions
Build and execute recruiting strategies, including candidate assessment and offer negotiation
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and create a candidate pipeline for current and future openings
Required Qualifications
More than five years of experience recruiting mid to senior level professionals
Experience in recruiting across North America (USA, Canada, and LATAM preferred)
Strong consultative skills and a sense of urgency for process improvement
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System in a high volume recruiting environment
Undergraduate degree preferred
