A company is looking for a Medical Writer - Requirements team member. Key Responsibilities Analyze, gather, and document clinical requirements for policy and rule specification creation Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate clinical requirements and ensure correct coding guideline interpretations Support Quality Assurance and perform user acceptance testing of policies and/or rules Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in health information management, Nursing, or other Healthcare-related degree, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) is required 5+ years of healthcare experience, including 2 years as a medical policy analyst or similar role 2+ years of experience with ClaimsXten solution
