Key Responsibilities Edit and correct patient accounts based on the 3M OCE/EAPG report Combine accounts according to payer requirements and ensure timely claim generation Maintain coding certification and stay updated on coding systems and regulations Required Qualifications Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Coding Specialist-Physician based (CCS-P) credential Completion of a coding certificate program or significant coding experience Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) credential 3-5 years of recent acute care hospital outpatient coding experience Experience with the 3M OCE report or charge capture determination
