Change Management Partner
A company is looking for a Change Management Partner I to support change initiatives within a business area. Key Responsibilities Support change initiatives by developing change management plans and communication strategies Identify potential risks and create contingency plans to mitigate them Monitor and track progress of change initiatives and conduct post-implementation reviews Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field of study 0-2 years of experience in change management or a related field Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies Familiarity with Prosci Change Management certification is preferred Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
