Key Responsibilities
Process claims accurately and in a timely manner while adhering to guidelines and standards
Handle customer and repair facility inquiries, ensuring detailed documentation of all interactions
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and repair facilities
Required Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of service agreements, claims guidelines, and settlement procedures
Ability to manage a high volume of calls, with a standard of 55 calls per day
Experience in processing claims and verifying damage documentation
Strong attendance and punctuality record
Willingness to seek additional work when tasks are completed
