Claims Case Manager I

A company is looking for a Claims Case Manager I, Supplemental Insurance. Key Responsibilities Investigate and analyze claim information to determine coverage and benefit eligibility Review claim documentation to establish benefits and determine service codes and amounts Proactively communicate with claimants, planholders, and physicians for information needed on claims Required Qualifications College degree preferred or equivalent work experience Demonstrated computer skills with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Claim processing experience preferred or knowledge of claims processes Knowledge of Supplemental Health products and claims procedures preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to changing priorities
