8+ years of experience in client advocacy, customer success, or account management within a B2B technology environment
Proven ability to build trusting relationships with clients and drive advocacy initiatives
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and experience using feedback to inform strategic decisions
Experience in SaaS or technology-driven industries
