Key Responsibilities: Oversee client onboarding and ensure a smooth experience while collaborating across departments Develop and coach clients on action plans to achieve their quarterly goals Report key metrics and collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience Required Qualifications: Experience in the gym industry in both sales and training roles Minimum of 2 years management experience Ability to handle challenging customer situations and de-escalate conflicts Proficient in using integrated platforms within the company Availability to work M-F 8AM-5PM EST with flexibility for additional hours as needed
