Key Responsibilities Oversee delivery and operations on the account, managing P&L and multiple teams Support Service Delivery management and facilitate communication between account and service delivery teams Ensure compliance with security policies and manage the acceptance management process for new services and accounts Required Qualifications Business or IT-related bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 10 years of experience, specifically in Public Sector and Defense markets Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in client relationship management Experience managing contract P&Ls and selling managed services to C-level executives Strong understanding of IT Service Management frameworks like ITIL, MOF, and COBIT
