Client Delivery Executive
A company is looking for a Client Delivery Executive to manage customer delivery and support operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee ticket management, reporting, budgeting, and invoicing while ensuring SLAs are met
Establish and maintain positive client relationships and manage escalations
Provide direction for projects and programs, translating business plans into actionable objectives
Required Qualifications
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
At least 5 years of managerial or leadership experience
5 years of experience with budgeting, business financials, and P&L management
5 years of experience in developing operational and strategic plans
5 years of experience managing Master Agreements, SOWs, and Change Requests
