Client Manager - National Accounts
A company is looking for a Client Manager - National Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate relationships with policyholders and producers through effective communication and problem resolution
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to address needs and administrative issues
Research and respond to inquiries regarding claims, coverage, and enrollment processes
Required Qualifications
4-5 years of relevant experience in group insurance administration or account management
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to analyze and apply benefit contract provisions to complex situations
Proven ability to develop effective business relationships
