A company is looking for a Service Center Representative to work remotely in the USA. Key Responsibilities Process medical claims and communicate with providers regarding the claims process Manage daily claims and serve as a technical expert in health benefits Educate customers on claim documentation, time frames, and payment information Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED required One year of customer service and claims experience or equivalent education and experience Knowledge of medical terminology and claims management Experience in an inbound call center preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
