A company is looking for a Service Center Representative to perform account maintenance, billing, reconciliation, reporting, and customer service-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and reconcile billing payment amounts to ensure accurate records
Set up and maintain member data, including processing enrollments and adjustments
Interact with benefit administrators to resolve questions and issues related to membership and billing
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in math and data entry
Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment
Successful customer service track record
Computer experience, preferably in a PC Windows-based environment
