Client Success Manager III
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager III to join their DATAMARK Technologies team.
Key Responsibilities
Implement client success plans and manage client risks
Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account expansion through collaboration with internal teams
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and provide expert support on products and services
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a similar role, with public safety, 911, or GIS expertise
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience in client management or similar roles
Technical expertise in articulating service offerings and value to clients
Ability to analyze complex situations and develop action plans to achieve objectives
