A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Liaison. Key Responsibilities Educate and support providers and clinical staff on documentation guidelines and quality metrics Monitor and analyze documentation accuracy and reimbursement impacts Create and present educational content for CDI staff and providers, ensuring compliance with coding rules Required Qualifications Associate degree (or higher) in Nursing, Health Information Management, or related field At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Specialist Certification as RHIT, RHIA, or RN Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Information Management Preferred: 5 years of experience as a CDI Specialist and additional certifications (e.g., CCDS, CDIS)
