Clinical Platform Manager
A company is looking for a Platform Manager II - Clinical to manage internal tools and platforms supporting the clinical business. Key Responsibilities Lead the discovery, documentation, and optimization of internal systems for the clinical business Facilitate workshops to identify pain points and develop process maps and user journeys Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of platform enhancements and monitor success metrics Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst In-depth knowledge of agile processes and principles Experience in improving complex systems or internal platforms Familiarity with internal platform components such as CRM tools and support ticketing systems
